The Greek phrase "gnothi seauton", meaning "know thyself", embodies self-awareness and understanding.

Gnothis' DNA sequencing technology brings this to life by unlocking our genetic code, with accuracy and ease.

Our Solution

Single-molecule sequencing, without amplification

We are developing a sequencing instrument that directly analyzes individual DNA molecules — no PCR amplification required. By counting single molecules directly, it removes the delays, amplification bias, and workflow complexity of conventional sequencing, giving physicians actionable genomic information in time to guide treatment.
